📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Louxpress, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🕒 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Items must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Earrings or intimate products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us within 14 days and we’ll do our best to assist with an exchange (subject to stock availability).

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number at:
